Is the highway having 2 lanes only for a side? How we say its highway then?
This message to Mr Niyamasinhalaya:-
Highway mean two line way to having both sides travel. What here has any mistake this highway your opinion? We should happy that our country having this kind of new way.
Niyamasinhalaya, is’nt it better than the existing road to Galle & Matara. Why can we not give credit to where credit is due. There are a lot of things that we can criticise in the MR goverement but why do we have to criticize for te sake of doing so. I think it is great that we can now travel to most places in Sri Lanka witho
ut the nightmare of cogested traffic. I am sure there will still be hold ups but what do you expect with a population like us in a country so small.WE must accept that travelling in S/Lanka is much better than many yeras ago.
There are only TWO lanes in US highways which is the largest highway systems in the world (except in city limits). Dont complain. We got this at least now, even it is a long overdue. Let’s be proud as Sri Lankans.
To Mr. Niyamasinhalaya- Why not substitute your first
part of the name from Niyama to Kabal and call
yourself as a Kabalsinhalaya. YOU ARE so blind
as not to see something good when done by any
other than your favourite.I am sorry I WOULD
dub you as a very bad Sri Lankan (to say the least).
He may seen high ways in middle east or some where with 3, 4 one way lines. So don’t condemn him in fool ways. Only NS need to know it the basic standard of a highway.
That’s,
a road becomes a highway, if it contains minimum 2 lines in each ways.
