All universities to be temporarily closed over coronavirus fears

All universities will be closed for two weeks from tomorrow due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, University Grants Commission Chairman Sampath Amaratunge said today.
Tuition masters island-wide were also requested not to conduct classes for a period of 2 weeks from today (13) in keeping with the government’s decision to temporarily close government schools.
