Bodu Bala Sena = curse of Sri Lanka.
If the majority of Buddhist Sinhalese can not live without an extremist rubbish like this, it shows how morally bankrupt they are. It is time for the government to arrest and march these lunatics to the jail.
how the hell u deny this,
Over 300 “Sri Lankan Citizens” have signed a petition for banning the BBS. Included in the list are tamil Diaspora elements and Sinhala economic migrants who form majorty part of the signatories. What a shame.
The speech by Ven Galgoda Atthe Gnanasara in Aluthgama on 15 June is a turning point in the history of our wonderful motherland. This speech, similar to Martin Luther Kings “I have a dream”, clearly defines the aspirations of the Sinhala Buddhist Citizens of Sri Lanka.
Martin Luther King spoke against the asphyxiation of the coloured Americans in American society. Ven GAG spoke against the asphyxiation of the Sinhala Buddhists by terrorist tamils for over 30 years, by the Catholic Church for more than 100 years and by the Muslims for more than time immemorial.
Ven GAG is leading the moral rejuvenation of the nation. Ven GAG should be supported on every inch of his holy journey that seeks the emancipation of the Sinhala Buddhists.
BBS has lately become a shame to my country and my religion.
They have become the cat’s paw of an overseas NGO and a western secret service whose ultimate aim is to destroy Buddhism by the Buddhists themselves.
Those western secret services have successively done that already in the middle east where the Muslims kill Muslims in thousands, while those westerners are laughing in their arm chairs.
Some of our foolish Buddhists such as BBS are also falling into this trap. May be those who call themselves BBS are NOT actually Buddhists but are pretending to be Buddhists just to destroy Buddhism in a subtle way.
Be thoughtful, this is a cunning world, no one actually knows what is actually happening.
If BBS is denying any violence in this incident I challenge them to find and punish those responsible for the violence at Aluthgama, like how they say they can do anything and as they have already shown they can do many things.
OK, now is the opportunity to show that you can actually find and punish those who sold “BBS” name for the violance (if you say you didn’t do it).
Dilanthan Vithanage, show that you are a “man” inside too and catch and openly expose those people who according to you “falsely” said they were from BBS. But we need proof not just silly and hollow excuses.
dilantha talking bullshit he try to make fool every one any way their the bbs producers al jazeera is not fool dont waste time
Jerome Sahabandhu, it’s not that I want to find fault with you, but still you seem to support the BBS isn’t it? I have no problem with that. However isn’t Buddhism supposed to be a peaceful religion? And as you speak very highly of Martin Luther King, did you know that in his speech he never criticized the whites? He only spoke about the good of the blacks and that they should be equal to whites. Now I question you, would anyone who has sense and listens to the speeches and all the language uses by BBS, compare it to Martin Luther King? I’m sorry but its two different things. May be you didn’t read the speech of Martin Luther King well or maybe you haven’t understood or misunderstood it. Read it again and you will realize the difference. Point number
1. Negros were enslaved
2. They were not treated equally
3. They didn’t take revenge on whites but live together
Do any of these three points seem to relate to the situation in Sri Lanka at this moment? Think my fellow friend please do… God gave is a brain to use and for us to control not to anyone else to tame and trick…
