Filipino national caught with 30 packets of cocaine

A Filipino national travelling to Sri Lanka from Qatar was arrested by the Police Narcotics Bureau for attempting to bring in a stock of drugs into the country.
The suspect was arrested after the Narcotics Bureau had received a tip regarding the crime.
The suspect had concealed a stash of cocaine in his rectum police stated while adding that he was taken to the Negombo hospital where 30 packets of cocaine were removed from his body.
