Gotabaya Rajapaksa assumes duties as President

Gotabaya Rajapaksa assumed duties as the 7th Executive President of Sri Lanka at the Presidential Secretariat a short while ago.
The President assumed duties following religious observances and the event was attended by former president Maithripala Sirisena as well.
President Rajapaksa took oaths as the President in Anuradhapura on Monday morning.

The election of HE. Gotabaya Rajapaksa to the office of the 7th., President of Sri Lanka on the 16th., of November 2019 was a happy day for those Sri Lankans who love their “Maathruboomiya”, Mother Sri Lanka, be they Sinhalese, Tamils, Muslims, Malays or Burghers.
The section of Muslims who voted HE. Gotabaya Rajapaksa to become the 7th., Executive President of Sri Lanka feel honoured to be partners in the victory of the majority community who have voted HE. Gotabaya Rajapaksa to make it happen, by the grace of God AllMighty.
The Muslims of Sri Lanka wish the new President of Sri Lanka, Excellency Gotabaya Rajapaksa the very best and pray God AllMighty bless him in all his endeavours throughout his tenure in office to achieve success and to serve the people of Sri Lanka as promised.
Those Muslims also wish to express our special and sincere thanks to HE. Mahinda Rajapaksa, Former President and Leader of the Opposition and Leader of the SLPP for his dedicated support and guidance extended to Excellency Gotabaya Rajapaksa in the campaign trail which has enabled the final results Sri Lankans who love their “Maathruboomiya” had waited for to happen and will begin to enjoy the results from today.
Those Muslims also wish to express our sincere thanks to Mr. Basil Rajapaksa, Former Hon Minister and the National Organizer of the SLPP and the architect of the new party that made all this happen politically. Thank you Noor for a sincere expression of how some Muslims in SL are truly happy today, despite all the shameless mudslinging, threats and other underhand tricks some of the Muslim leaders, i.e. those in-cahoots-with Ponil and Mongreli, did to assure that Gota would not win! If only more Muslims saw the fundamentals of this issue the way you do – that we are all Sri Lankans first and unless we stay together as one entity patriotically, we will sink and also stand to lose our beloved Sri Lanka to foreign and separatist parasites! The original Muslims of Sri Lanka’s affinity to the majority Sinhalese as equal citizens/brothers/sisters, and their loyalty to the reigning Sinhala king of that day, goes back many centuries. However, it is sad to see how some opportunistic and corrupt Muslim leaders sinking to depths and aligning themselves with anti-SL, unpatriotic forces and getting their support to nurture and promote the Islamist extremist-ideology (imported from Middle East), hoping that it will cause national disharmony and give them a ‘religious card’ that they can use to assure their own political survival at every turn. And, the early results of this insidious program is what we saw, with horror, last Easter Sunday. Prez Gota should make it a priority and ask the new Def. Sec to track the lineage of this horrific event, back to origins, and assure that those guilty are given the most severe punishment. That is important not only as penance for the current culprits, but as a good example to any future islamist-extremist-terrorist supporter who might think of profiting from the same ploy!
Dear Mr. Noor, Question please. You say a section of Muslims voted for GR. Please tell me where these Muslims live. Because I want to meet them and thank them for saving mother SL.

No Muslim voted for GR. In the N&E, a <6% vote has been recorded for GR.

The Tamils have won the war.
Dear Mr. T.S. S’Sundaram, Yes you are right too. UN gonna invade Sri Lanka and give a fantasy home land to Tamils in Sri Lanka and Tamil Nadu. Then, they will give part of that home land to Muslims because the terror outfit chased nearly 75,000 Muslims from the North giving 50 Rs for each family and asked them to run away within 24 hrs. Hope you remember this!
“UN supervised plebiscite is coming” ??? Wow!!!
First it was a begging for “India supervised plebiscite” and all what happened was the Indian Army Jawans came and raped your women and girls wholesale and went back laughing!
Then it was a begging the Norwegians (as by then the Hindians were the ‘bad guys’ and you took-out their PM and created a fatal mistake, but the typical of you, you were in ecstasy over it!) to intervene and first save your Goat-King from the muddy pool of Nanthikadaal and then use the NATO military to give your Peelam on a platter!
That was all a very long time ago, but still no results from all that begging uh? Well, some are born to beg even when they know all what they get are breadcrumbs – just to keep them alive to beg for more!
As the saying goes, even an excrement drop from a crown in the well excites the veteran resident frogs in the well to no limit!
