Missing journo Eknaligoda living in France: Govt.

Government parliamentarian Arundhika Fernando told parliament a short while ago that missing journalist Prageeth Eknaligoda is currently residing in France
Earlier current Chief Justice Mohan Peiris, in his capacity as presidential advisor told the UNHRC that Ekanligoda was residing abroad.
Thereafter giving evidence before court after he was summoned, regarding his knowledge of the whereabouts of Eknaligoda, the former Attorney General said “God only knows” failing to provide specifics.
Prageeth Eknaligoda a Lanka E-news journalist was last seen on January 24, 2010.

It is for the best interest of the GoSL to prove that Prageeth Eknaligoda is still alive and residing in France. It is also the responsibility of the GoSL to investigate when and how he managed to go to France. If any embassy has helped him to flee the country can the government take any diplomatic action against it?

That’s great news. The biggest loser in this incident is Mras Ekneligoad and her children.
It is a pity and a dreadful shame that Mr Ekneligoda chose to keep his wherabouts from his family. That is a disgusting act of a father.
Shame on you Pradeep, get back to Sri Lanka and face the wrath of your family; as far as GOSL is concerned you will be forgiven because of the kind hearts of the Rajapaksa family.

There was a story doing the rounds that Pradeep Ekneligoda was consumed by fish in the Negombo Lagoon. How true is this story?
This man is a shameless liar and an enemy of the State and Mother Lanka. His whereabouts could be found through Interpol and extradited to SL to face justice.
Government of SL has to prove this beyond any doubts. If proven, his spouse who blamed Sl in Geneva has to be charged for treason.
GOSL should appoint Mr Ekneligoda as the SL Ambassador in Paris where he will provide yeoman service to the Nation.
