President moves to fourth spot on Time’s Most Influential People

President Mahinda Rajapaksa has moved up to fourth spot on Time Magazine’s annual public poll on the 100 Most Influential People. Voting ends on April 21 when Time will announce the final list.
Currently, President Rajapaksa is the highest ranked political leader in the World with US President Barrack Obama placed 46th and Sonia Gandhi occupying the 100th spot.
