Qualified Tamils don’t get government jobs – Sampanthan

R.Sampanthan, chief of the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) and Leader of Opposition in the Sri Lankan parliament, complained in parliament, that qualified Tamils are not getting government jobs.
Sampanthan said that while Muslim leaders recruit Muslims; Sinhalese leaders get jobs for Sinhalese; and the few Tamils who are in power, recruit some Tamils; qualified Tamils are unable to get into government service.
Discrimination against the Tamils has been a long standing complaint in Lanka and there has been no change in the situation, the TNA leader pointed out.
He demanded that government should present the ethnic distribution in recruitment for government jobs since the present regime came into existence in 2015.

Mr Sampanthan we cannot give jobs to memorize the book and passed the exam stupids. Any fool can memorize the book and pass any exams either Tamil or Sinhalese. You complain about Sri Lanka. When these people go to United kindom, Canada, Australia they do all the undesirable cleaning and back breaking jobs . So why don’t you complain to them.
The truth of the matter is As a example that a employer expect a employee to bring Rs 10000 to pay him Rs 100. That is called a profit. So it does not matter that his employee has the primary education to what ever.
If these so called qualified people make some thing new or invented a new drug etc I will called them clever. But Just passing a exam and getting a qualification which is not worth the paper is written does not mean anything.
Sri Lanka is full of paper engineers and graduates who don’t know there left foot from the right foot. They want white collar jobs when in Sri lanka but when they go abroad they do road sweeping, toilet cleaning etc.
If you travel in UK in the night time almost all the petrol station attendance are Tamil graduates. They got degrees in Chemistry etc, So why don’t you complain to the British Government as you are doing now.
Mr. Ranjith i completely agree with you, look who is complaining, European countries, Scandinavian countries and even in Canada you get Tamil Graduates working in the jobs you mentioned,
Qualified tamil speaking citizens do not look for jobs in Sri Lanka.
All tamils have family and friends living overseas in Diaspora. Qualified tamils look for jobs in overseas lands to lead decent lives.
There are two factors which contribute to this attitude. The tamil speaking leadership of Mr Sampantahan and his colleagues in the TNA are rotten to the core. They are in the business of selling out the tamils to the sinhalese yet again.
The second factor is that it is better to be a 2nd class citizen in a white man’s land rather than be a 4th or 5th class citizen in your own country.
Mr Sampanthan, Mr Vigneswaran, CM North are “Jathi Dhrohio’s” to the tamil speaking citizens of this country. When they pass, we may find redemption in the next crop of leaders.

You cannot create job out of thin air. Even out of the government employees 95% is actually unemployed.
Most of them have titles like executives. But these are clerks.
Now if you create meaning less jobs, the value of the Rupee will go down, price of goods go up, and have to depends more borrowing and hand outs causing devastating efforts.

Sambanthan , I tell you. Don’t you people feel ashame ? Why the bloody hell u wankers dragging Muslims? If you have any bloody issues with Sinhalese than expose towards them right.you people do not have even a tiny rights raising ur face towards Muslims. Basically Muslims are always business minded people. They do not even bother about and run behind these beggars government jobs.
Basically Sri Lankans are employees, they do not think to become employer.this is how their mind set.they wont think and create individually. They all are well qualified imitative people.it is coming to the mind when seeing above comments.i would proudly say that not only Tamils but also Sinhalese and of course why not Muslims, in other words Sri Lankans 95% are slave in western countries.praising them selves as iam a British etc..shame on them.but we srilankans are hero in our own identity in our own land praising our selves that we are not slaves. What we sow we reap. It is our policy.
