Great man. Even judges address him as SIR! Nice to see him without a Wig!
Great Comment Amarakoon!
That is the status of the SL Sinhala Buddhist Judiciary.
No wonder SL Judiciary are corrupt and cannot be trusted and the nation needs foreign prosecutors and foreign judges for the trials of alleged War Criminals in SL Forces of Ealam Wars!
Dear Amarakoon,
Sadda Vidda Rajapakse Palanga Pathira Ambakumarage Ranjan Leo Sylvester Alphonsu is a typically corrupt Sinhala Buddhist leader.
SB population enjoyed his leadership; now it is time to pay for the naluwa’s comedy !!!¬!
Great Comment Amarakoon!
That is the status of the SL Sinhala Buddhist Judiciary.
No wonder SL Judiciary are corrupt and cannot be trusted and the nation needs foreign prosecutors and foreign judges for the trials of LTTE Leaders and operatives including M/s Adele Balasingam!
Great Comment Amarakoon!
That is the status of the Democratic Republic Sri Lanka Judiciary.
No wonder SL Judiciary are corrupt and cannot be trusted and the nation needs foreign prosecutors and foreign judges for the trials of alleged War Criminals in SL Forces of Ealam Wars and the LTTE Leaders!
Amarakoon, we, Sri Lankans, cannot do a proper job; our nation is corrupt to the core, top to bottom; our elections are rigged; our leaders are not genuine.
Amarakoon, I am with you, suffering this tragedy of a Nation !!!!!!!
Dear Amarakoon,
Do you feel comfortable in acknowledging all the hosannas and appreciations bestowed on your comments? I
feel you are wriggling inside your chair and trying to hide your face because you wanted to be little sarcastic and never wanted it to carry the meaning as interpreted.
We peace loving Tamils who want to put the war behind us actually admire Buddhist Sinhalese of Sri Lanka. After we Tamils just wasted our money, our children, our future on a useless and unwinnable war (because we believed our low IQ, idiotic Tamil Hindu/Christian ‘leaders’), we follow the same type of leaders even now. We are 80miilion strong in India and have many other millions all over the world today, but we don’t have our own country because I think we are so gullible and stupid – whereas the Buddhist Sinhalese have their own magnificent country and we are proud to be a part of it as Sri Lankans and put the past behind us and move on.
So dear Sinhalese brother/sisters, please ignore any attack on Buddhist Sinhalese from any writer here as he or she has to be another LTTE/separatist, a mentally retarded idiot.
So “victoria Gamage” and “Thuleepan Somasundaram” do the same post, like minutes apart here uh? Thulee, do not mean to get personal, but I strongly believe that you are into cross-dressing and prancing the streets of London and if so, well…errrr…we have no issues with that and we are OK, but say so upfront with all the names you will be using, i.e. depending on what dress, high-heeled shoes, color of lipstick, etc. you will be wearing before stepping out, OK ?
Hahaha, nice try Thleepan the undercover Kotiya (who has been masquerading here using many names/handles including Sinhalese names, including names of Sinhalese patriotic regular contributors here), looks like your cover is now blown sky high (like how some LTTE terra-bunkers were magnificently blown sky high by our fabulous Kfirs about 10 years ago uh? Wow, I still love seeing those videos :)) game is up with this boo-boo (or poo-poo in your case :)) you made here uh? LMAO!!!
Thuleepan, Victoria, Indra and Dorine are saying the same thing.
SL’s judiciary is pathetic despite BSL defence of its members.
The pressure for independent overseas judges and prosecutors for critical legal issues facing the Nation will rise in the near future.
Dear MR/MS AUTO, Thank you very much. BTW, I feel very comfortable and I am not wriggling inside a chair. I am sitting on a chair and over the moon because my comments were able to make an impact. That said I am so grateful to Mr. Amba Kumara (Mango-Prince) for entertaining the nation. At one point he asked whether the judges are Catholic? If so they have quality and also he wanted know whether their cast is DURAWA?
My Dear Amarakoon,
About your doubt whether I am a Mr./Ms. ( a man or woman —– I do not want to use the word sex) Let me tell you that I a man , a very senior one at that , almost at seeing distance of being a nonagenarian (
at 89 )
My Dear Amarakoon I do unreservedly apologise and withdraw all my remarks about your being uneasy on Ambakumara’s ( Ranjan) utterance s. You seem to Love them. No comments My Dear,
And to YOU Mr. JEGANATHAN T.S. –I bow my head in deep appreciation of your sentiments. Your appeal for Peace and Harmony should not be allowed to go unnoticed and unsung.
YOU SIR, ARE DEFINITELY A BRIDGE BUILDER.
MrAmarakoon . Don’t you have anything better to talk about other than this Ranjan.
Brother Ranjith, Yes, there are much better things to talk other than Amba Kumara (Mango-Prince). But please see the heading of this Thread. Any way you are damn right. I will rest my case here.
The RR tapes demonstrate the extent of interference by Politicians in SL’s Judiciary and Public Service.
We lack strong institutions required for proper governance which can withstand political pressure.
A lasting legacy of Lee Kuan Yew is the creation of strong institutions in Singapore. The Govt sets policy and direction and the instituions work independently to implement Govt policies.
Institutions are not affected by change of Govt. Their structure and functions continue regardless.
Our politicians request extradition of former CB Chief from Singaporean politicians.
Extradition is not a political function. The Institutions which administer the law in Singapore are responsible for assessing extradition applications in their own merit and decide the outcome.
