Sri Lanka President Gotabaya Rajapaksa begins work in New Year by planting sapling

Sri Lanka President Gotabaya Rajapaksa marked the auspicious time to assume work in the New Year by planting a sapling this morning.

The sapling was planted at the President’s residence in Mirihana this morning, while adhering to all other New Year rituals.
