Sri Lankan President declares Public Emergency with effect from 1st April

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has issued a Gazette Extraordinary declaring a public emergency in Sri Lanka with effect from today (April 01).

Put all those marching, rioting baboons and monkeys into some hard labour camps and make them produce organic fertilize 16 hours a day.
