Has the Lawyers Collective taken over the role of the opposition in our cherished democracy?
I don’t blame them; Mr Wimpy Wicks (the so-called Leader of the opposition) and Prof Maithree Wickremasinghe have just returned from a taxpayer funded ($600 per day Hotel Rooms) holiday in Italy with roamntic Gondola rides by moonlight thrown in. All paid for with the magnanimity of the Sri Lankan peasantry who toil to pay taxes for the coconuts that they sell for their daily bread.
And to cap it all, Wimpy Wicks is in parliament berating his philosophy secretly supporting the “illegal impeachment”. And he is being supported by that LTT proxy Sambanthen and his brain known as Sumanthiran.
Idiots they are, know not what they do.
With this type of lawyers who support the guilty how can we trust lawyers to support justice and fight for a just cause? Undoubtedly, foreign hands and money are behind to provoke a riot to try to topple MR govt.
