Is this a private visit? Something to do with the ongoing elections?
The United States has issued a security message to its citizens living or traveling in Sri Lanka, in view of the forthcoming parliamentary polls.
With this what is the intention behind Tony Blair’s visit?
Something fishy under the carpet.
Staying near to north, questioned marks all over.
Tony Blair the former British Prime Minister who collaborated with President George W Bush in creating the invasion of the soveriegn state of Iraq, is in Sri Lanka at the invitation of Sri Lanka’s Foreign Minister, Mangala Samaraweera.
We do not know the purpose of his visit; the Conservative Government of UK has not issued a statement.
The Prime Minister of UK visited our motherland during the Commonwealth conference and he breached all diplomatic courtesies by engaging with separatist northerners.
A 24 X 7 watch should be imposed on Tony Blair and if he defaults on any conditions of his visitor’s visa, he should be promptly deported.
Mr Blair has not realized that Mangala Samaraweera will not be the Foreign Minister after 17th Aug where the valiant citizens of Sri Lanka are poised to install a progressive and nationalistic government who will safeguard the territorial integrity of the island nation.
