Two police officers found dead at Vavunathivu checkpoint

The bodies of two Police Constables aged 28 and 35 were found at a checkpoint at Vavunathivu in Batticaloa, around 6.00 a.m. this morning, police said.
They said the cause of the deaths had not been ascertained yet and an investigation had been launched under the supervision of Batticaloa Division Superintendent of Police.
The deceased were identified as 28-year-old Ganesh Dinesh who was a resident of Kalmunai and 35-year-old Niroshan Indika Prasanna, a resident of Udugama, Galle.

Anyway my heartfelt sympathies to families of the two policemen.
Shocked! I am sadden by this assassinations.. However, I am not surprised background for this sort of atrocities were taking place since January 2015!
MR Amarakoon . I told you that this going to happen. This brainless bull and the buffalo (Ranil and Sirisena) under the name of “yaha palanaya” put the country and the Sinhalese people to a low state just for their political gain. It will get worst and expect more things like this to come.
