UPFA names National List MPs

The UPFA today finalised the party’s National List had sent it the Elections Commissioner.
The following have been named as UPFA National List MPs:
1. Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena
2. Thilanga Sumathipala
3. Sarath Amunugama
4. Dilan Perera
5. Vijith Vijayamuni Soysa
6. S.B. Dissanayake
7. Mahinda Samarasinghe
8. Malith Jayatilake
9. M.L.A.M. Hisbullah
10. Angajan Ramanathan
11. A.H.M. Fowzie
12. Faizer Mustapha
The 12 National List MPs include 7 UPFA candidates who contested the recent General Election but lost and were not named in the party’s National List announced before polls.

it is absurd to have a election as all these ministers are bad losers, I wonder if these kind of acts only happen in this country, what was the reason, for getting all these bad loser in parliment should be explained to the voters of the country who totally rejected them, are we proving to the world that we are really a banana Republic , I feel the President should interfere and see this list is changed in the name of good governance, Already problems are being caused By the national list appointee in Kattankudy innocent people are being harassed and property damaged for the reason of not voting for him, this is a good opportunity for the president and prime minister to take immediate action and see that this thug is sent to jail
Dear Concerned,
What if the President himself has chosen this list of outcasts just to spite the Mahinda faithfuls and also to vilify and thereby completely annihilate the entire SLFP ? That is what his entire mission is all about, and he is sure to achieve his dream very soon. Please be prepared to buy a portion or a floor of the SLFP Headquarters when it comes under the hammer very soon. I know you will be a happier man then.
