The bubble has burst. They are a pack of cheats. Main reason why they are welcomed to play the game in leading cricket playing countries. Ther’s another one who did not want to retire and the record breaking world champion is tending to follow by not retiring on time. He wouldn’t get much opportunity with Bangladesh and Zimbabwe to reach 900.
Cheating is a cultural trait in Sri Lanka. Right from top to bottom. And those at the top are attemting to cheat the world.
Suraj Randiv is so intelligent and very attentive bowler. But sri lankan cricket board have not that kind of intelligence.
I think; many people would have forgotten when Anil Kumble was on the verge of taking all 10 wickets (when he got 9 Wickets) ..Team India decided that the last wicket also should go to Anil Kumble for the sake of the world record hence Javargal Srinath kept on bowling the next overs outside the off stump until Anil Kumble got the last wicket.
A novice at that time; when the indian opener “Sadagopan Ramesh” tried to take a catch off some other bowler…he was causioned by his team mates not to try and take any catch just becuase Anil Kumble should take all 10 Wickets.
This was revealed by S.Ramesh in an interview via 10 Sports; about the particular match “Anil Kumble’s 10 wickets against Pakistan at Feroz Shah Kotla, New Delhi in 1999”.
Why no one questions the sponsmenship of Indians gone…”For a record of a player…u deprive other bowlers not to take wickets…at the same time u need oppoisition bowlers to help Sehwag or any other Indian batsman to score a hundred.
I wonder; if any Sri-Lankan player is on the verge of a world record; if a similar situation arise would Indian allow the batsman to make it?
No bowler in the world if he’s a competetive cricketer; would want to see the ball flying pass him for a boundary. How many times…Sehwag has nicked the ball or Tendulkar in that matter kept quiet when umpires decline a genuine appeal….
Cricket is competetive…and these players are being paid to play for the Country..and I don’t see anything wrong in preventing a batsman scoring a century.
Sehwag Claims that Sri-Lanka had done a similar thing in an earlier match when Tendulkar stranded on 96 odd runs where Maalinga sprayed the ball wide and gave 5 runs in that matter.
IF SO THEN CAN SEHWAG ANSWER ME WHY RAHUL DRAVID (THEN INDIAN CAPTIAIN) DID DECLARE THE INDIAN INNING WHEN SACHIN TENDULKAR WAS ON 194 OR 196 DURING A TEST MATCH??? WHERE EVENTUALLY INDIA WENT ON TO WIN THE MATCH. But in that match India had ample time and overs to get the opposition out where Tendulkar would have been given at least another over to get to his double hundred. This would have put Tendulkar to achieve 6 Double-Centuries on his record if I am not mistaken).
One may argue Dravid wanted to win the match…but God knows what made him to declare when he was on 190s.
If I were the bowler; I would definately have done the same thing…since it is under the rule of Cricket.
One match suspension is not reasonable; I assume it all because of Indians.
They rule the Cricket world…They demand Review System -They refuse Review System or they can claim anything they want…and every board has to given into them…
Thats not Cricket….in my opionion.
i dont think anything wrong when u bowl a no ball …it is nt matter wehter u r on 1 or 99.if there is only a ball remaining to win the match sewagh will think abt his hundrad…wht sort of gentlemen he is…?????
